有别于一般的地下酒吧，Botany位于一间公寓里，只接受亲友推荐订位，且必须直接跟老板Frankie Zou (兼调酒师)预约才有幸一探这公寓酒吧。那，这里到底跟其它酒吧有什么不同呢?除了酒精以外，所有的果汁、糖浆、苦精、装饰、以及点心-全是在这公寓里种植调理的。招牌鸡尾酒包括东京湾-日本绿茶饮料配以伏特加、日本米、绿茶、海孜酊，再以紫苏叶及辣椒丝装饰；黑松露马丁尼-罗马苦精搭配热带水果、摩根船长黑兰姆酒、并以现烤香料和黑松露点缀；魔法水-花果香味均匀、甜酸适中、再撒上现烤黑芝麻籽衬托酒体。 Botany在北京除了有数一数二的调酒之外，这间酒吧更提供舒适亲密的环境，让人不由衷地体会到Frankie的心思、贴心、和高品质服务。更不要说他通常会在客人到访时来段令人惊喜的小表演了。
